All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier partner.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or regional disruptions.

3. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable third-party courier services such as DTDC and other nationally recognized logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. The choice of courier may vary depending on your delivery location and service availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for all orders unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns or special conditions.
