At Deepikaa Sarees, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience. Please review our cancellation, return, and exchange policies carefully before placing an order.

1.Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation window:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with no questions asked.
After 24 hours, all orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing and preparing your saree for dispatch.

2.Return & Refund Eligibility

We take great care in quality-checking every saree before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for damaged items.
We do not offer refunds for issues related to color mismatch, design preferences, or unmet expectations, as slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, you must provide a clear unboxing video that shows:

The sealed package being opened in one continuous shot
The visible damage or defect in the product

⚠️ Without this video, we will not be able to process any refund or exchange requests.

3.Exchange Policy

If your product qualifies for an exchange, here’s how it works:

You may request an exchange for another saree of equal value, within 48 hours of delivery.
The original item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Shipped back to us at your own expense

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the exchange process.
